Weekly rent is visible, but it does not describe the complete performance of a rental property. A useful review combines income with the costs, risks and work required to sustain it.
Review the operating evidence
Consider rent received, vacancy, arrears, management and leasing costs, maintenance and other recurring property expenses. Unusual periods should be explained rather than treated as normal.
Review the asset condition
Assess recurring issues, upcoming works, compliance and whether the property’s presentation supports its rental position. Deferred work can distort short-term performance.
Review strategic fit
A property can operate reliably yet no longer suit the investor’s goals. Grow connects management evidence with finance, tax, legal and valuation conversations when those professionals are required.
